I took this photo for my beer blog, so I am reblogging it to my photo blog too. brewification: Gulden Draak Ale by Brouwerij Van Steenberg is a wonderful Belgian tripple style beer. It pours a clear dark brown with a long lasting cream colored pillowy head. It has a somewhat delicate caramel and malt aroma with a little alcohol in the nose. The flavor is a smooth well rounded malt flavor, that warms in the finish from the alcohol. This is very drinkable for as dark and malty as it is. I split this bottle with a friend and was a little disappointed that I did not get to drink more of it because of sharing.
